Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Of Course. If a product you buy has a major fault you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Where can I test ride your scooters?
We are working on expanding our network across New Zealand. At this stage we can arrange a demonstration in many parts of the North Island including Keri Keri,
Dargaville, Western Bay of Plenty, Northern Waikato and the Kapiti Coast.
Let us know where you are, and we can see what we can do to arrange a demonstration. We
also welcome viewings at our warehouse in Tauranga by appointment.
How do I care for my product?
Most products have care notes in the manual. If you are not sure about any aspects just get in touch.
Do you offer extended warranties?
We can offer an extended care package for our Kiwi Mobility scooters. Get in touch for more detail.

Can I Lease a Scooter?
A Kiwi Mobility Scooter Lease makes mobility easy. You can apply for a mobility scooter lease here or call 0800614121 for further information.
Do Kiwi Mobility Scooters provide in home demonstrations?
Yes we do provide demonstrations, and if you lease or buy a scooter from us, we will set up the scooter to suit you, provide a User Manual and give you comprehensive operating instructions.
Can I ride my Kiwi Mobility Scooter in the rain?
Yes, but it is not recommended on very wet days or to drive through deep puddles.
Is it legal to ride my Kiwi Mobility Scooter on the footpath?
Yes, mobility scooters are a "pedestrian mobility device" and are therefore authorised for use on footpaths. You should only be on the road if you are crossing over the
road.
How far can I go on my mobility scooter?
Depending on the model of scooter, the conditions, terrain, weight being carried and the age of the batteries, new fully charged batteries should take you up to 45 kms.
How long do the batteries last?
New batteries should last approximately five years.

Yes we provide servicing and repairs for all scooters sold or leased by us.
